So many people do not feel they have 'time' to do anything about this. It's all rush, rush, rush - gotta do this, gotta do that, and the relationships fall by the wayside. I've heard many say 'I don't have time, I can't be bothered' but if they only realised that taking the time and 'being bothered' could mean cementing a relationship and an advocate. Because after all that's what one becomes when they believe in a product or service someone else has provided and they tell everyone else about it! How true I feel this is!
